RANsemi and SOLiD to present a scalable AI-native SoC architecture for 5G NTN at SATShow 2027
RANsemi and SOLiD will jointly present at the SATShow 2027 Technical Seminar in Washington, DC, to explore a scalable AI-native processor-array architecture for 5G non-terrestrial networks (NTN) and its potential to support future satellite systems. SATShow brings together the satellite communications industry to discuss technologies and developments shaping the sector.
Dr Doug Pulley, CTO at RANsemi, and Hojin Lee, SVP Satellite Business TF at SOLiD, will present “Extensible AI-Native Processor-Array Architecture for Scalable 5G NTN Satellite Terminals and Digital Regenerative Payloads.”
The presentation will describe a chiplet-based processor array that scales from compact 5G NTN terminals to multi-chip digital regenerative payloads while maintaining a common hardware and software framework.
RANsemi will cover the underlying processor-array and SoC architecture, while SOLiD will outline how it applies to NTN terminals and regenerative payloads.
The session takes place on Tuesday 9 March 2027, from 15:00 to 15:25, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, DC, USA.
